The Sinus – Systems Integration Award honours the innovative and pioneering use of
AV media technology and systems integration solutions. Visionary companies and
individuals from the sector are now invited to submit their projects to the Sinus 2018
expert jury and to enter for the renowned award.
The Sinus has been awarded in alternating categories and is one of the most coveted
honours of the AV media-technology sector. It puts the spotlight on outstanding
contributions made to the field of audio-visual communication. The conceptual
partners of this honorary award are the Professional Lighting & Sound Association of
Germany (Verband fur Licht-, Ton- und Veranstaltungstechnik – VPLT), the European
Association of Event Centres (Europaischer Verband der Veranstaltungs-Centre –
EVVC) and Messe Frankfurt. The jury comprises association members, experts,
journalists and representatives of Messe Frankfurt.
In keeping with tradition, the Sinus – Systems Integration Award will be presented
during Prolight + Sound, International Fair of Technologies and Services for
Entertainment, Integrated Systems and Creation, in Frankfurt. As in the past, it will be
presented together with Opus – German Stage Award, the Prolight + Sound
International Press Award (PIPA) and the Musikmesse International Press Award
(MIPA) at a gala evening event on 12 April 2018.
The deadline for receipt of entries is 12 November 2017.
