At 5:30 pm GMT on Wednesday 26th April, live and in 4K, NASA astronaut and
Expedition Commander Peggy Whitson will broadcast from the International Space
Station. Projected as it happens on Christie Boxers at the 2017 NAB Show in Las Vegas
it’s part of “Reaching for the Stars: Connecting to the Future with NASA and
Hollywood’.
A discussion between astronauts, filmmakers, and technology leaders, this will be the
centrepiece of the 2017 NAB Show – a world first that shows how 4K gives NASA
scientists a clearer, crisper view of their experiments, Earth, and the solar system –
and the rest of us the chance to see it all in real time.
