The Creative Business Cup South Africa

Creative Business Cup South Africa is an initiative that celebrates entrepreneurs in
creative industries, including design, advertising, photography, music and the visual
arts, among others.

In 2017, South Africa will host its inaugural Creative Business
Cup, providing one South African entrepreneur with the opportunity to compete on a
global scale.

The Creative Business Cup is part of the Global Entrepreneurship
Network (GEN) and is a featured event of the Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW).

The South African event will take place on 1 and 2 September, at Johannesburg’s
ProTicket Dome. Eligible applicants must represent a South African registered creative
industry company and must have innovative and viable business ideas to pitch to
possible investors. The winner of Creative Business Cup South Africa will have the
opportunity to compete in the global Creative Business Cup finals, to be held on 16
November in Copenhagen, Denmark.
