Crestron, a global leader in workplace technology, announced that it will open two new customer-focused facilities in Frankfurt, Germany this winter. First, a new customer center will provide training, technical support, and a fully equipped product presentation and demonstration area. Second, a new Experience Center will showcase all the Crestron technology in live application usage. This new Experience Center in partnership with TIG, Crestron’s exclusive sales organization in EMEA, is ideal for end users, consultants and integrators to see Crestron solutions up close and in action.

Fully equipped customer center

To that end, the customer center will offer AV professionals an expansive curriculum of system design and programming certification courses held in dedicated classrooms purpose-built to enhance learning and collaboration between students and instructors. The facility will be equipped with the very latest Crestron technology. All training rooms will be centrally managed through the Crestron XiO Cloud IoT-based service, which enables effortless deployment and management of all the equipment. The beautiful, brand-new Experience Center will offer Crestron commercial dealers the ideal venue to bring their customers for hands-on, immersive experiences with the latest Crestron solutions that will help them meet the communication and productivity challenges they face every day. Clients of Crestron residential dealers will be able to experience the invisible luxury of Crestron smart home solutions in elegantly appointed real world settings.

A local support team of accomplished Crestron applications engineers will assist customers with their questions before, during, and after installation. They will be backed-up by the renowned global Crestron True Blue support teams 24/7, whether in the head office of Crestron Europe in Belgium, or in the United States.
